Expediobis is a spell cast before another spell, so that the other spell will be sent in two directions (at the same time) so that if you were being attacked in double you could hex both of them at the same time. This spell will continue working until you say the counter-curse Desinobis.

Thats the "official" definiton.

I noticed that a lot of J.Ks spells are derived from latin so for Expediobis i looked up the latin for the words release and twice. The results for the words were Expedio for release and Bis for twice so i put it together to create Expediobis. Desinobis came from the words Desino (stop) and Bis (twice).
