yeah it seems unlikely that they would be able to...the chamber is only supposed to open for the heir of slytherin and there are so many ghosts in the school.
salazar slytherin wouldn't have let anyone see it, it is called the chamber of SECRETS, after all

I agree that the ghosts could not view the Chamber. Remember how Nearly Headless Nick was petrified? If he could be petrified, I'm sure that Salazar Slytherin's magic would not allow him, or any other ghost, to view the Chamber.
