First task, definitely.

C'mon people, the second was cool! I can't imagine it was that easy, as the lake was massive and really murky. I'm not sure if those with the bubble head charm would be able to swim from one end to the other in less than an hour, let alone search around until they found what they didn't exactly know what they were looking for, and then rescue them. That sounds pretty darn hard to me, I think JK made it seem like an easier mission than it would realistically be.

This was, possibly, the most disappointing book for me. The last action redeemed it.
I was appalled at the rampant cheating. Makes me wonder about British schools in general.
My memory of the book isn't great, but didn't we have definite proof of cheating in the first test by everyone? I'm not sure of Krum's knowledge of the use of dragons. Feel free to enlighten me.
For the second, we had Krum, very early, diving into the freezing lake. Either he's a quick study or he got help. We know that Harry got a good clue from Cedric, even though Harry needed Myrtle's help. Not sure of Diggory or Fleur.
In the third, it was all Barty cheating for his lord and master.
At the end, all bets were off. No cheating. Luck and skill. Mostly luck, but no cheating.
