She's not a bitch, she is just strict with Harry and Ron when it comes to schoolwork. She's never nasty or cruel, just slightly bossy about their academics. When they're in real danger, you couldn't have a better friend than Hermione.

Hermione! Cos she's smart and caring and she punched Draco, who wouldn't love her?!
Also I espescially don't like Ron in the fourth film, first he doesn't tell Harry about the first tri-wizard task when he knew all about it and then he makes Hermione cry at the ball and he says that horrible comment about girls "They get scary when they get older"
Hermione. She saved Harry and Ron at least once a year from 1991-1997
