I cant get my avatar or my sigpic to show. Do you know whats wrong? And can you help

figureskater is on a distinguished road
I am having a problem like that I got my sigpic to work but my avatar wont. Its 118 pixels by 118 and is a jpg format. Can you help?

It has to be between 100 and 100...if you have a program to do so you should be able to make it that size exactly
